I have cross checked a couple of sources. All of them say మణినీమణీ.
I think the first మణి somehow translates to "woman". Maybe someone who knows Telugu better can clarify.
Great effort.
Here are some transliteration errors.
please replace sha in your posts with shha -- I think that would correct words like "kRshNa" (Krishna the God) or bhUshaNa (decoration)
