Some meanings:
(Some of these phrases have been explained differently elswhere)
విధృతశరజాల: vidhrta-shara-jaala
"vidhrta", according to an online Sanskrit dictionary means "kept asunder, or, divided". I think this phrase means "he who destorys this (life that is a) net, with his arrow (to liberate people from it's maaya)". This has been explained else where as "one is weilds, or is adornded by arrows".
సారతరసుధాపూరహృదయపరివార: I think this means "he who is family to those whose hearts are filled with the nectar of ...". I have not been able to figure out what సారతర means. I know సార means "essense". What the conjuct means is beyond me.
విరాజతురగ: "he whose horse (vehicle) is the king of birds (garuda)". Can anyone tell me how "విరాజ" can be parsed as "king of birds"?
సదాగతిజధృతపాద: This has been explained elsewhere... but I'm struck by the meaning of this one word. It is a conjuct of సదా+గతి+జ+ధృత+పాద.
సదాగతి - ever-moving - Wind.
సదాగతిజ - born of wind - Hanuman.
"He whose feet are held by the son of wind". Beautiful :)
బాలకనకమయచేల has been explain elsewhere as "బాల కనగమయచేల", i.e., "he is the youth (child) who is dressed in clothes that have a golden lusture". I think this might be just one word, which means "he who is dressed in clothes that have the lusture of young (new) gold". What do you guys think?
I realized I could look up some more of the words on the Sanskrit dictionary I have been using:

This probably will change the meaning to "he who has a shining vehicle". "turaga" literally means "horse". I am thinking it has been used here as a metaphor for "mount" or "vehicle".
